Membership & pricing
The price has two parts: a flat membership fee for us, the expert team who will guide you, review the data and support you throughout, and a per-student rate for the platform. That's it: no modules, no per-assessment charges. The only optional extra is intensive support for the students who need it most.

Per-student rates are banded like tax bands: each rate applies only to the students within that band. Rates shown are for the 2026/27 academic year.

Intensive support is a longer, AI-guided training programme for the students whose profiles flag the greatest need, an add-on per student on Partner, included on Pioneer for up to 10% of roll.

Pricing questions
Like tax bands: each rate applies only to the students within that band. On Partner, a 1,000-student school pays £22.50 for each of the first 100 students, £17.50 for students 101–500, and £15 for students 501–1,000, the rate falls as the roll grows.
Every student on roll is covered. The assessment and base training pack are for the whole school, not just identified students. That's the point: whole-cohort screening is how the quietly-struggling students get seen.
Yes. Deployments align to school terms, and we'll pro-rate sensibly. Talk to us and we'll make it work around your calendar.
