Step two · the reports

Strategies, not scores.

Data that sits in a drawer helps no one. Veyra's reports are written in plain English for the people who'll act on them, the class teacher, the SENCO, the student and their family.

The student profile

Meet Aaliyah's report.

Every student gets a cognitive overview across the three pillars, with the twelve domains underneath. Strengths are always named first. Every profile shows what a student is good at, not only where they need support.

Each area that's harder comes with specific, evidence-informed strategies: what to try in class, and what to try at home. Less “try harder”, more “here's what works”.

What every report contains

Eight things you get back after one lesson.

Cognitive overview

A student's strengths and learning challenges across focus, thinking and memory, at a glance.

Focus skills & feedback

How well a student concentrates and handles distraction, with clear strategies to help improve attention in class.

Thinking skills & feedback

How well a student plans, reasons and works with information, with practical advice to strengthen problem solving and organisation.

Memory skills & feedback

How a student learns and remembers, with simple strategies to improve learning and recall, matched to their profile.

Personalised guidance

AI-generated advice combining all results into clear next steps, always grounded in the underlying data, never generic.

Student feedback

Students receive their own age-appropriate feedback, with advice on how they can build their thinking skills.

Cohort view for SLT

Year-group patterns to inform your SEND strategy, provision mapping and resource planning.

Evidence for support plans

Structured records that slot into the graduated response (assess, plan, do, review) and underpin support-plan evidence.

The cohort view

From one student to the whole year group.

Screening a whole cohort surfaces the students who are quietly struggling before they fall behind, including the bright, well-behaved students whose working memory or processing speed difficulties can go unseen for years.

SLT receives year-group insights to inform the school's SEND strategy: needs across year groups, patterns worth investigating, and where targeted support will go furthest.
